Deze workshop vindt plaats in het Engels.
How do we take care of another body while listening to our own body?
How, through contact and communication, do we open the body to movement and dance, inside and outside?
This workshop is based on practices combining theory with various exercise and movement methods to search for non-normative ways to give and take care of our bodies and someone else's. We will go through moving the fascia tissue, articulations of the joints, and giving and transferring small weights. In addition, we will work on communicating with a partner and the group regarding our limits and needs, both verbally and through the body and movement. We will look for ways to open our bodies to movement and dance from places of compassion and observe the space and ourselves with it.
